How to Apply

Magnolia School’s three-step admission process is designed to ensure that Magnolia is the best fit for your daughter!

Online Application

Magnolia School uses an online service called TADS for Admissions and Enrollment. You must submit an online admissions application along with the $150 non-refundable application fee payable when submitting the application. You must set up a TADS account to apply and can login to your account anytime to check on the status of your application.

Required Documents

(1) Authorization to Release Academic Records Form
(2) Teacher Evaluation Form
(3) Current Transcript

These documents can be found under the FORMS tab.  Request for your daughter’s Academic Records, Teacher Evaluations, and Current Transcripts to be sent to Magnolia School.

PLEASE NOTE: Grades 1st – 5th must submit one Teacher Evaluation and Grades 6th – 8th must submit two, one from her English Teacher and one from her Math Teacher.

Family Interview, Student Assessment and Shadow Day

After we have received your completed application and required documents, you will receive an email inviting you to schedule a Family Interview, Student Assessment and Shadow Day. The Family Interview is an opportunity for parents of prospective students along with their daughters to meet with the Admissions Department to discuss the vision, philosophy and environment of Magnolia School. Your daughter will be given student assessments in reading, writing and math to help our faculty determine how to best meet her educational needs. Shadowing a current student is a requirement for those applying to Grades 1st-8th.
