Decision letters will be emailed March 18, 2019 to those applicants who have submitted a completed application by the priority deadline of February 15, 2019.  For families submitting applications after the published deadlines, the Admissions Committee will render decisions based on availability in the desired grade of entry.

Online Application and $150 Application Fee

Magnolia School uses an online service called TADS for Admissions and Enrollment.  CLICK HERE to submit an online admissions application along with the $150 non-refundable application fee payable when submitting the application.  You must set up a TADS account to apply and can login to your account anytime to check on the status of your application.


Required Documents

(1) Release Academic Records Form (2) Teacher Evaluation (3) Current Transcript. These documents can be found HERE.  Request for your daughter’s Academic Records Form, Teacher Evaluations and Current Transcript to be sent to Magnolia School. PLEASE NOTE: Grades 2nd-5th must submit one Teacher Evaluation and Grades 6th-7th must submit two, one from her English Teacher and one from her Math Teacher.


Family Interview and Student Assessment

After we have received your completed application, Academic Records Form, Teacher Evaluations and Current Transcript, you will receive an email inviting you to schedule a Family Interview.  Parents of prospective students along with their daughters will meet with a member of the Administrative Council to discuss the vision, philosophy and environment of Magnolia School. During the interview process, your daughter will be given assessments in reading, writing and math to help our Faculty determine how to best meet her educational needs.
