2nd Grade Teacher

Magnolia School, a private, independent, liberal arts school for girls in grades K-8 seeks interested and qualified candidates for an opening for a 2nd Grade teacher for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Lower school classes at Magnolia (1st-5th) are self-contained and the teacher will be responsible for most subjects taught to her class, including math, language arts, science, and history.

Requisites for the position include previous teaching experience, a commitment to and love of the students at Magnolia School, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a flexible, joyful, and professional demeanor. Kindergarten Teacher’s Assistant

Magnolia School, a private, independent, liberal arts school for girls in grades K-8 seeks interested and qualified candidates for an opening for a Teacher’s Assistant in Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 academic year. The teacher’s assistant will assist the kindergarten teacher in providing a caring, positive, safe, and loving environment supportive of the individual development of each child. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the teacher in monitoring in-class/outdoor activities, assisting during centers and workstation time, and working with individual students on an as needed basis in all areas of the curriculum.
