Admissions

Magnolia School uses an online service called TADS for admissions and enrollment. To apply for admission, first set up a TADS account. Then, complete and submit our online application along with a $150 non-refundable application fee.

Teacher Evaluation Form (An online form will be emailed directly to the teachers at the email provided by the prospective family in the online application. Please note: girls applying to kindergarten - 5th grade will request one teacher recommendation; girls applying to 6th-8th will request two, one English and one math.)
    
3. Academic Records and Standardized Test Scores

The Authorization to Release Academic Records Form can be found under the forms tab in TADS. Please use this form to request that your daughter’s academic records and standardized test scores to be sent to Magnolia School from her current school.

After we have received your completed application and required documents, you will receive an email inviting you to schedule a parent interview and prospective student shadow day.  The parent interview is an opportunity for both parents to meet with our Director of Admissions to discuss the vision, philosophy, and environment of Magnolia School. Shadowing a current student is a required part of the admissions process for applicants to grades 1-8. During the shadow day, a prospective student will spend time with the class she is applying to enter, meet with the Director of Admissions for an interview, and complete assessments in reading, writing, and math. Kindergarten applicants will participate in a Saturday morning session of assessments and parent interviews.
